Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Petugas Kebersihan Gedung dan Lingkungan (Building and Facility Cleaner) to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, patients, and visitors across all of our facilities. The successful candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional who understands the importance of hygiene standards, especially in settings such as clinics and hospitals where cleanliness directly impacts health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all interior spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, patient rooms, and administrative areas.
- Maintain exterior grounds by sweeping, litter collection, and ensuring outdoor walkways are clear and hazard‑free.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Adhere to strict infection‑control protocols, using approved disinfectants and personal protective equipment (PPE) when cleaning clinical zones.
- Monitor supply levels of cleaning agents, paper products, and waste containers, and report replenishment needs to the facilities supervisor.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify that cleanliness standards are met, documenting any deficiencies and taking corrective action.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to report any facility damage, broken fixtures, or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties.
- Participate in shift rotations, including night or weekend shifts, to ensure 24‑hour coverage when required.
- Travel to satellite branches as needed, adapting quickly to new layouts and cleaning requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the organization positively to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in cleaning services; experience in a clinic or hospital is highly valued.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, capable of handling the demands of a fast‑paced cleaning environment.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Neat, well‑groomed appearance with a courteous attitude.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, and to travel between locations when required.
