Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least one full year of dedicated experience in telesales or telemarketing (experience must be continuous, not cumulative across multiple short‑term positions).
- Prior experience in a leasing or financing company is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation abilities and proven skill in handling rejection and objections.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
