Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, taking orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, plating, and garnish application while adhering to hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring all work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations meet the restaurant’s sanitation protocols.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock opname in line with standard operating procedures (SOP), reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, guaranteeing each dish meets the brand’s established standards before it reaches the customer.
- Collaborate closely with floor teammates and kitchen crew to coordinate service flow during peak hours, minimizing wait times.
- Handle cash transactions, process POS orders, and reconcile daily sales reports with accuracy.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and safety drills to continuously improve service efficiency.
- Maintain an organized work environment, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is stored safely after use.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand image by adhering to dress code, grooming standards, and a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry, preferably with exposure to both kitchen and floor operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, proactive initiative, and energetic attitude.
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools, cleaning equipment, and POS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Residency in Surabaya or surrounding areas of East Java.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they demonstrate a willingness to learn and a passion for hospitality.
