Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Gudang & Kurir Motor to join our fast‑growing logistics team. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy hands‑on warehouse work, customer interaction, and the dynamic environment of last‑mile delivery. As a key member of our operations, you will ensure that goods move smoothly from storage to the customer’s doorstep while maintaining the highest standards of safety, timeliness, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory to maximize space utilization.
- Conduct thorough quality checks, pack items securely, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Load and unload goods using manual equipment and follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage.
- Deliver parcels to customers or partner couriers on a motorbike, adhering to route plans and delivery schedules.
- Verify delivery receipts, obtain customer signatures when required, and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, including routine inspections and housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with inventory control, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Support additional operational tasks such as stock counting, cycle counts, and assisting with special projects during peak seasons.
- Provide feedback on process improvements, helping the team enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 20‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/SMA or equivalent (SMK preferred).
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to operate a motorbike safely and confidently in urban traffic.
- Physically fit – capable of lifting and moving boxes up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic: honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Excellent teamwork skills while also being able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new warehouse technologies (e.g., barcode scanners, inventory software).
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.
