Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Strategi Marketing dan Pengembangan Pasar to join our fast‑growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand presence of our food‑and‑beverage (FnB) portfolio, driving market expansion, and delivering measurable sales growth. The ideal candidate will blend analytical thinking with creative flair, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a target‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate sales targets and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within the FnB sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of distributors, retailers, and key opinion leaders to expand market reach.
  • Design, schedule, and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and high engagement rates.
  • Optimize digital campaigns through data‑driven analysis, A/B testing, and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Prepare persuasive presentations and sales pitches for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including product development, sales, and operations—to launch new products and promotional events.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain a personal vehicle for field visits, client meetings, and on‑site event supervision.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and positive attitude in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders welcome to apply.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the FnB industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships, expanding professional networks effortlessly.
  • Willingness to work against clearly defined sales targets.
  • Hands‑on experience creating content planners and optimizing social media channels.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and possessing a “good attitude” mindset.
  • Own reliable transportation for travel to client sites and events.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
