Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch of motorized delivery units, ensuring each vehicle departs on schedule and follows the planned route.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities for all fleet assets.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, and customs paperwork where applicable.
- Assist drivers with route planning, traffic updates, and any on‑the‑road issues that may arise.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections to confirm that vehicles are road‑worthy and that safety equipment is in place.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, addressing inquiries politely and promptly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to synchronize loading schedules and minimize idle time.
- Support the procurement department by tracking usage of consumables such as oil, tires, and spare parts.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, suggest process improvements, and report any operational challenges.
- Uphold company standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates must be 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Marital Status: Preference for candidates who are not yet married, reflecting the flexible schedule required.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, clean‑cut, well‑presented, and friendly demeanor.
- Legal Documents: Must possess a valid Indonesian KTP and be a resident of Abepura.
- Transportation: Ability to operate a motorcycle safely and responsibly.

- Work Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
