Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely visits to customers with past‑due installments to collect payments and negotiate realistic repayment plans.
  • Verify payment receipts and accurately update the company’s collection database after each interaction.
  • Prepare daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and successful recoveries for management review.
  • Coordinate with the customer service and finance teams to resolve disputes, answer billing questions, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company’s brand during on‑site visits.
  • Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and suggest preventive measures to the supervisory staff.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection laws, during the collection process.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on collection best practices, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age limit: up to 35 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Possession of a valid SIM C license and a personal motorcycle for field mobility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
  • Basic computer literacy, particularly familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry applications.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work on a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
