Responsibilities
- Conduct timely visits to customers with past‑due installments to collect payments and negotiate realistic repayment plans.
- Verify payment receipts and accurately update the company’s collection database after each interaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and successful recoveries for management review.
- Coordinate with the customer service and finance teams to resolve disputes, answer billing questions, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company’s brand during on‑site visits.
- Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and suggest preventive measures to the supervisory staff.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection laws, during the collection process.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on collection best practices, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Possession of a valid SIM C license and a personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry applications.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
