Introduction

This role is pivotal in expanding our network of partner agents, retail outlets, and durable‑goods merchants, while ensuring seamless credit processing for our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain new order sources across all AXI agents, stores, durable‑goods merchants, and additional Adira Finance channels.
- Develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing partners to drive repeat business and increase market penetration.
- Process consumer credit applications by gathering, verifying, and validating all required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Enter accurate initial data into the credit management system, guaranteeing a smooth workflow for underwriting and approval teams.
- Conduct vehicle or equipment appraisals (taksasi) for financing requests, obtaining necessary approvals from the Sales Head – Channeling.
- Execute field surveys to assess customer eligibility, collect on‑site information, and upload comprehensive survey reports into the company’s application platform.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, underwriting, and operations departments to resolve any discrepancies and accelerate the loan approval cycle.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with Adira Finance’s portfolio and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any discipline; degree holders are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the specific requirements for this posting.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, credit processing, or channel management; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also welcome.
- Proven ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and an honest approach to all business dealings.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits and partner outreach.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with CRM and credit assessment tools.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, at the Adira Finance Sarolangun office.
