Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work station, coffee equipment, and dining area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately manage the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Engage with customers, provide friendly service, answer menu questions, and recommend drinks based on individual preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; communicate restocking needs to the shift supervisor.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, such as cleaning espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with teammates to uphold a welcoming atmosphere, assist during peak hours, and contribute to smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all food safety standards, including proper storage, temperature control, and allergen awareness.
- Continuously learn about new coffee trends, brewing methods, and seasonal menu items to enhance personal expertise and customer education.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior barista experience is a plus but not mandatory; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond courteously.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and measurements.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bean bags).
