Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Keuangan Perusahaan dan Pengendalian Anggaran to lead our finance department and ensure robust budgetary discipline across all business units. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with hands‑on experience in financial administration, and will thrive in a fast‑moving environment where accuracy, timeliness, and strategic insight are paramount.
This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works closely with department heads, external auditors, and senior management to drive financial performance, safeguard assets, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and adjust the annual corporate budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational constraints.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee daily cash flow management, banking relationships, and treasury activities to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Coordinate the accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Implement and enforce internal controls, compliance policies, and audit procedures to mitigate financial risk.
- Lead a small team of junior accountants and administrative staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze large data sets and produce actionable insights.
- Support strategic projects such as cost‑reduction initiatives, pricing analysis, and investment appraisals.
- Maintain accurate payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tax filings, statutory reporting, and liaison with regulatory authorities.
Requirements

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build complex spreadsheets, automate calculations, and visualize data.
- Location: Must hold a valid domicile (Domisili) and KTP (identity card) from Malang.
- Core Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, logical thinking, high attention to detail, discipline, responsiveness, initiative, and physical/mental stamina.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
