Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing clear information, viable solutions, and follow‑up actions to customers regarding their credit accounts.
- Verify and update customer data in accordance with company policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to resolve customer issues and fulfill service requests efficiently.
- Maintain a courteous, respectful, and empathetic tone in all interactions, adhering to the company’s service ethics and quality standards.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while managing call volume and handling high‑pressure situations.
- Document all call activities, outcomes, and escalations in the CRM system to provide a clear audit trail.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, collection techniques, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, telemarketing, or related environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills—clear, friendly, persuasive, and capable of handling objections.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven pressure while maintaining high service quality.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and genuine empathy toward customers’ financial situations.
- Proficiency in negotiation and business communication; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
