Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Konsultan Akun Lapangan – Sampit to join our collection team. This role is based at our Sampit branch and focuses on maintaining strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely payment of overdue accounts. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the educational and personal requirements listed below.
The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, performing a blend of phone and field activities that support our commitment to excellent customer service and compliance with Indonesia’s data protection regulations (UU No. 27/2022).
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive reminders to customers whose payments have passed the due date.
- Perform on‑site visits to clients in the Sampit area to discuss overdue balances, gather information, and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Analyze customer payment histories and identify patterns that may affect future collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, observations, and payment agreements in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the back‑office and credit teams to resolve disputes and update account statuses.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring that the relationship with each consumer remains positive and constructive.
- Adhere to BCA Finance’s data protection policies, ensuring all personal data is handled securely and in compliance with the latest regulations.
- Report daily and weekly collection metrics to the branch manager, highlighting successes and any challenges encountered in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 from any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid Indonesian SIM C and a personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Reside in Sampit or surrounding areas and be willing to be stationed at the BCA Finance Sampit branch.
