Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards and health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, service stations, and all related equipment.
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, buffet lines, and beverage stations for daily service and special events.
- Monitor stock levels of disposables, glassware, cutlery, and cleaning supplies; report shortages to the supervisor.
- Support the waitstaff by refilling water glasses, replenishing napkins, and clearing used dishes promptly.
- Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper storage temperatures, allergen awareness, and waste segregation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Perform routine inspections of work areas, identifying and addressing any potential hazards.
- Participate in regular training sessions on hospitality best practices, hygiene standards, and customer interaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Key Skills: Strong food and beverage service aptitude, basic knowledge of hygiene standards, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Personal Attributes: Quick‑thinking, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Location Preference: Residents of Cilandak or nearby neighborhoods are highly preferred.
