Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Petugas Penjagaan Toko Ritel dan Pelayanan Pelanggan at our bustling outlet #2 located in Seturan, near UPN Mercubuana. This role blends retail security, front‑line customer service, and basic kitchen support for our popular Koh Asoe roasted pork dishes. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, can handle food safely, and is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the retail floor and ensure the safety of merchandise, customers, and employees during operating hours.
- Control entry and exit points, conduct routine checks for shoplifting, and report any incidents promptly.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, guide them to appropriate sections, and handle basic complaints with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including regular tidying of aisles, displays, and checkout areas.
- Support the kitchen team by preparing simple side dishes, assembling ready‑to‑serve items, and ensuring all cooking stations are stocked.
- Handle and cook pork safely, following all hygiene standards, while avoiding consumption of the product during work hours.
- Perform daily cash drawer reconciliation, process sales transactions, and safeguard cash deposits.
- Work six days a week, with one scheduled overtime shift that includes an additional incentive.
- Adhere to the shift schedule of 18:00 – 24:00 (6 hours per shift) and be flexible for occasional adjustments as needed.
- Participate in regular briefings, safety drills, and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and food‑handling procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates or career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Physical ability to handle and cook pork safely without tasting the product.
- Basic cooking skills, particularly in preparing simple side dishes and supporting the kitchen workflow.
- Strong sense of accuracy, adherence to procedures, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain high levels of alertness.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to sign a 3‑month contract with the possibility of extension.

- First 3‑month contract: IDR 1,100,000 per month (IDR 1,000,000 base salary + IDR 100,000 contract deposit).
