Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Store Operations Manager – Senior to lead our restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, ensuring that service standards, food quality, and financial targets are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of kitchen staff, service personnel, and cashiers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor daily sales, labor, and food cost percentages; implement corrective actions to stay within budgeted margins.
- Design and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, safety, sanitation, and customer service, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
- Coordinate scheduling, shift rotations, and staffing levels to match peak traffic periods while maintaining optimal labor efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives, promotional events, and upselling techniques in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, turning potential issues into opportunities for brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to develop leadership pipelines within the team.
- Analyze operational data, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams including kitchen, service, and cash handling staff.
- Strong orientation toward sales targets, cost control, and profit optimization.
- Excellent customer‑handling skills with a track record of effective complaint resolution.
