This position is open to all genders, with no upper age limit, and requires a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that service standards, food quality, and hygiene protocols are consistently met.
- Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team that includes Captains, Outlet Leaders, Waitstaff, Cashiers, Cooks, and Crew members.
- Plan and execute staff rosters for a 7‑day work week (Monday‑Sunday) while accommodating shift‑work requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, coordinate with suppliers, and control food and beverage costs to meet budget targets.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Implement training programs that develop culinary skills, customer service excellence, and inspirational leadership among team members.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints swiftly, turning potential issues into opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations, conducting periodic audits to identify gaps.
- Collaborate with regional management on promotional activities, new menu launches, and sales initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., table turnover, average ticket size) and propose actionable strategies to boost profitability.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Work Experience: 0+ years in the F&B sector; prior restaurant experience is a strong advantage.
- Core Skills: Administration, cash‑operation handling, cooking techniques, and inspirational leadership.
