We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Sales to join our growing team in Tomohon. This pivotal role will lead a dedicated sales force, drive revenue growth, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals and market opportunities in the Tomohon region.
- Monitor daily sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Identify new business prospects, nurture key accounts, and negotiate contracts to maximize profit margins.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely submission of sales documentation.
- Maintain a disciplined work schedule, operating Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and manage workload under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience to work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
