Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social‑media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule daily content (posts, stories, reels, graphics) that aligns with the company’s voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social‑media metrics, generate performance reports, and adjust tactics based on data‑driven insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and cultivate a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to coordinate campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and record‑keeping.
- Maintain and update internal databases, handle correspondence, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in organizing virtual and in‑person events, webinars, and workshops, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the company’s digital footprint innovative.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in social‑media management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and preferably English.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
