Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Operasional Produksi to lead our production floor in a fast‑paced food and beverage (F&B) environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily manufacturing activities run smoothly, meet quality standards, and align with our company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to guarantee that raw materials and packaging are available in the right quantities at the right time.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production yield, downtime, waste reduction, and on‑time delivery, and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of operators, technicians, and junior supervisors, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections, schedule preventive maintenance, and work closely with the engineering department to resolve mechanical issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) and internal quality standards, performing spot checks and facilitating audits.
  • Develop and maintain clear production schedules, shift plans, and work instructions, adapting them to changing demand or unexpected disruptions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between production, logistics, and sales teams to synchronize order fulfillment and inventory turnover.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization, and lead lean‑manufacturing initiatives.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a vocational or technical certificate in food technology or production management is a plus.
  • Age: Up to 45 years.
  • Gender: Female (as specified) – all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience as a leader in an F&B manufacturing setting, preferably with at least 2‑3 years of supervisory responsibility.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities; capable of motivating diverse crews and resolving conflicts constructively.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership and people‑management skills, including the ability to conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and safety briefings.
  • Familiarity with production software (ERP/MES) and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work a six‑day work week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
