Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert advice on flower selections, arrangements, and complementary accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale and inventory management systems.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring all products are presented attractively.
- Assist the head florist in preparing custom bouquets, ensuring each order meets the client’s specifications and delivery timelines.
- Handle phone and online inquiries, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with delivery drivers to guarantee timely service.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and place orders for fresh flowers and supplies as needed.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Occasionally work overtime during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and wedding season to meet heightened demand.
- Uphold store cleanliness, follow health and safety standards, and ensure all perishable items are stored properly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old (female candidates preferred, but all genders are welcome).
- Honest, responsible, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Attractive personal appearance and quick, agile handling of merchandise.
- Preferably residing in the Telang or Kamal area for easy commute.
- Not currently enrolled in college or employed elsewhere; full dedication to the role.
- Genuine intention to work and grow within the retail flower industry.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg when handling bulk flower orders.
