To sustain our growth and maintain the highest production standards, we are looking for a dynamic Team Leader Produksi Rokok to lead our regular cigarette lines in the Purwokerto, Pemalang, and Cilacap areas.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities for regular cigarette (Grow) lines, ensuring that output meets the planned schedule and quality specifications.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate a team of operators, technicians, and sales‑promotion girls (SPG), fostering a collaborative and safety‑first work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as yield, defect rate, and on‑time delivery, and prepare concise reports for senior management.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product consistency.
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Plan and allocate resources, including raw material inventory, labor shifts, and machine time, to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of batch records, production logs, and compliance checklists.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce waste and increase profitability.
- Act as the primary liaison between the production floor and sales/marketing teams to ensure market demand is accurately reflected in production planning.
- Ensure all safety protocols are observed, conduct regular safety briefings, and report any incidents promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 21 – 35 years.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the tobacco or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector; experience handling SPG teams is highly preferred.
- Physical: Proportional body weight and height; ability to stand for extended periods on the production floor.
- Technical: Familiarity with production line equipment, basic IT skills, and the ability to operate a laptop for reporting.
- Transportation: Own vehicle is required for travel between Purwokerto, Pemalang, and Cilacap sites.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong leadership, problem‑solving orientation, high level of initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Availability: Must be ready to start on 26 April and willing to work the full shift schedule.
