Responsibilities
- Plan, rehearse, and execute live streaming sessions according to a pre‑defined schedule, ensuring all technical and creative elements are ready.
- Promote products before, during, and after the broadcast, leveraging social media channels (Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to maximize reach.
- Deliver detailed, persuasive product presentations that highlight key features, benefits, and usage scenarios, encouraging viewers to purchase on the spot.
- Create and curate engaging visual and audio content—such as product demos, unboxings, and behind‑the‑scenes clips—to enhance the customer journey.
- Utilize platform‑specific tools (e.g., coupons, giveaways, live polls, audience Q&A, and “auditions” for user‑generated content) to boost interaction and conversion rates.
- Provide real‑time customer support during live streams, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding viewers through the checkout process.
- Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability, accurate pricing, and smooth post‑sale fulfillment.
- Analyze performance metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, sales volume, conversion ratio) and prepare post‑event reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in live commerce, social media algorithms, and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve broadcast quality.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable on‑camera demeanor, adhering to brand voice and visual guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy for this specific role).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Prior experience in live streaming, social media marketing, or sales is a plus but not mandatory; strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficient in using major social platforms—especially Shopee and TikTok—and comfortable navigating their live‑broadcast features.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to articulate product details clearly and persuasively.
- Creative mindset for generating compelling content and improvising on‑the‑fly during live sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic technical aptitude: familiar with smartphones, cameras, lighting, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for special promotional events.
- Team‑player attitude, capable of collaborating with marketing, inventory, and customer service teams.
