Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers, answering inquiries about loan products, repayment schedules, and pawned item valuations.
- Process customer applications, verify identification documents (KTP, KK), and ensure all paperwork—including CV, SKCK, and recent photographs—is complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area, ensuring all promotional materials and forms are readily available.
- Record transactions in the company’s management system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide clear explanations of company policies, loan terms, and repayment options, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior staff while keeping the customer informed of progress.
- Participate in rotating shifts across multiple Raja Gadai outlets, adapting quickly to new environments and team dynamics.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by demonstrating honesty, courtesy, discipline, and responsibility in all interactions.
- Assist with occasional administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing daily reports for outlet managers.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Personal qualities: Honest, friendly, disciplined, and accountable.
- Availability: Willingness to work a rotating schedule across various Raja Gadai outlets in Central Java.
- Parental consent: Applicants must provide written permission from parents or legal guardians to work.
- Required documents: Cover letter, up‑to‑date CV, active SKCK (police clearance), photocopies of KTP & KK, photocopy of diploma, and a recent 3 × 4 cm color passport‑style photo.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 21:00.
