Responsibilities
- Perform daily pick‑up of parcels from designated merchants, warehouses, or individual senders within the assigned zone.
- Deliver packages to end‑customers, ensuring the correct address, signature, and condition of each item.
- Verify package details against delivery manifests, scan barcodes using the company app, and update status in real time.
- Maintain a clean and well‑maintained motorbike, including regular checks of fuel, tire pressure, and vehicle documents (STNK, insurance, tax).
- Utilize Google Maps or other navigation tools to plan the most efficient routes, adapt to traffic conditions, and avoid delays.
- Provide courteous, professional service when interacting with customers, addressing inquiries or minor issues on the spot.
- Report any delivery exceptions, damaged goods, or incident reports to the operations supervisor promptly.
- Assist in occasional bulk‑load or reverse‑logistics tasks such as collection of returns or cash‑on‑delivery payments.
- Participate in weekly briefings and training sessions to stay current on safety protocols and service standards.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery counts for performance tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years; maximum age: 50 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with an active motorbike registration (STNK) and tax for at least the next three months.
- Own a reliable motorbike in good working condition.
- Own a smartphone (Android) with at least 4 GB RAM and running Android 10.0 – 16.0 or newer.
- Proficient in reading maps or using digital navigation (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily delivery quotas.
- Physical stamina to load and unload parcels repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
