Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of in‑flight catering, ensuring all meals meet airline quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with ground handling teams to verify that aircraft are cleaned, stocked, and ready for boarding according to the flight schedule.
- Provide courteous assistance to passengers during boarding and deplaning, including guiding luggage and addressing basic inquiries.
- Maintain accurate logs of inventory, fuel, and supply usage using the company’s store management system.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or irregularities to supervisors promptly.
- Support the crew in setting up and tearing down temporary service stations, such as snack bars or refreshment carts, during peak travel periods.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, health codes, and company policies related to ground operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment by performing routine housekeeping tasks in the operations area.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily operational targets and maintain high levels of passenger satisfaction.
Requirements
