Responsibilities
- Actively market BCA Finance products, including loan facilities, savings solutions, and investment options, to broaden the company’s market reach in Ciamis and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential partners, such as dealers, SMEs, and community organizations, to generate referral business and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough creditworthiness and eligibility analyses of prospective customers, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing accurate market feedback and pipeline updates.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to senior management.
- Represent BCA Finance at local events, workshops, and community gatherings to promote financial literacy and brand awareness.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022), and ensure all customer data is handled securely.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 in any discipline with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating consumer data and making sound credit decisions.
- Passion for field work and willingness to travel throughout the Ciamis area.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for daily visits.
- Residency within Ciamis or its neighboring districts.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets.
