Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a friendly first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and beverage pairings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS devices, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, checking on guest satisfaction, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and support staff to coordinate orders and manage high‑traffic periods.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and generate accurate bills while following company cash‑handling policies.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift reports, and continuous training sessions to improve service quality.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preference for this position); however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Applicants up to 30 years old.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
- Core personal attributes: honesty, discipline, quick‑thinking, patience, and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong time‑management skills and punctuality; shift hours are Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Readiness to start work immediately and a willingness to learn on the job.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques is advantageous.
