Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Agen Pengantar Koleksi (Freelance) based in Palembang. This position is a key liaison role between Indihome, Indonesia’s leading broadband and digital TV provider, and its valued customers. As a freelance collection agent, you will be responsible for visiting assigned households, educating customers on service usage, and facilitating timely payment of their Indihome subscriptions. The role offers a flexible freelance arrangement, allowing you to manage your own schedule while earning competitive commissions and performance incentives.
Responsibilities
- Receive monthly customer data lists from the Central Transaction Bureau (CTB) and plan efficient visitation routes.
- Register each assigned client in the My Vista mobile application, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and real‑time updates.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customer locations across Palembang, presenting a professional and courteous image of the Indihome brand.
- Explain service features, usage guidelines, and payment procedures clearly, addressing any questions or concerns the customer may have.
- Collect payment or arrange payment plans in accordance with company policies, documenting all interactions in the app.
- Participate in product training sessions and regular briefings to stay up‑to‑date on new Indihome offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the operations team on common customer issues, helping improve service delivery and collection strategies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, honesty, and accountability in all financial transactions and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
- Proficiency in operating Android‑based devices and familiarity with mobile applications such as My Vista.
- Own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C driving licence for efficient travel between customer locations.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
- Open to working with customers of any gender; the role is gender‑neutral.
- No prior experience required, although previous customer‑facing or sales experience is a plus.
