We are seeking a motivated Shift Lead – SPX Express to join our dynamic logistics team in Kabupaten Pacitan, Jawa Timur. This pivotal role coordinates daily courier activities, oversees warehouse operations, and ensures seamless delivery of goods across assigned zones. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for courier pick‑up and delivery operations, optimizing route efficiency and resource utilization.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipping and receiving workflow, guaranteeing that all parcels are correctly logged, processed, and dispatched.
- Define and adjust delivery zones based on volume trends, geographic considerations, and service level agreements.
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements, coordinating closely with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to prevent bottlenecks.
- Oversee sorting activities, ensuring accurate classification of parcels and timely distribution to the appropriate delivery teams.
- Conduct regular on‑site audits of warehouse safety standards, equipment usage, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead a team of couriers and warehouse staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery rates, parcel damage incidents, and labor productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, coordinating with customer service to resolve issues swiftly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing process enhancements that reduce costs and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage shift‑based operations, including flexible working hours (Monday–Saturday, 09:30‑18:30).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and parcel sorting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proven problem‑solving capabilities and adaptability to changing operational demands.
- Willingness to relocate to or reside in Bandar, Kabupaten Pacitan, Jawa Timur.
- Leadership qualities such as decisive decision‑making, team motivation, and conflict management.
- Technical proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics tracking tools.
