Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, friendly service that turns casual browsers into loyal customers.
- Present and explain product features persuasively, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s style and needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display area in line with brand standards.
- Execute visual‑merchandising guidelines, arranging garments and accessories to highlight key pieces and seasonal trends.
- Monitor stock levels on the floor, perform inventory checks, and coordinate replenishment with the back‑room team.
- Assist customers through the checkout process, ensuring accurate transaction handling and swift payment processing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including transaction totals, inventory movements, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow sales promoters, managers, and visual merchandisers to create cohesive event experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with an SMP/MTS background are also considered.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales promotion girl (SPG), preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and functional proficiency in English.
- Polished appearance, confident demeanor, and the ability to represent the brand with professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas and handling high‑volume customer interactions.
- Honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility are essential.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (working hours: 09:00 – 22:00, Monday‑Sunday).
- Basic administrative skills for daily reporting and inventory documentation.
