Responsibilities
- Sales Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers in residential complexes, business districts, and office environments through door‑to‑door canvassing, cold calling, and networking events.
- Product Presentation: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, clearly articulating the benefits of MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic internet and Wi‑Fi packages, and tailoring solutions to meet each prospect’s needs.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas, leveraging cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue per account.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed daily and weekly sales reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide feedback from the field.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest broadband technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes that affect the telecommunications market.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma / SMA, SMK, or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome.
- Core Skills: Proven sales aptitude, excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong negotiation skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of fiber‑optic internet and Wi‑Fi technologies is advantageous.
- Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
