Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Manajer Operasi Wellness to lead our wellness and spa department within a premier hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction, ensuring that every client experiences a seamless, rejuvenating service. This full‑time position operates on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00, with the flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the wellness and spa area, ensuring adherence to hotel standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all service touchpoints.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a multidisciplinary team of therapists, front‑desk staff, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as guest satisfaction scores, treatment utilization rates, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the hotel’s housekeeping, maintenance, and procurement departments to guarantee a clean, safe, and fully stocked treatment environment.
- Manage inventory of wellness products, linens, and equipment, conducting regular audits to control costs and prevent waste.
- Design and implement promotional packages, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns that drive repeat visits and increase average spend per guest.
- Conduct regular training sessions on therapeutic techniques, customer service excellence, and health‑and‑safety compliance.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices for spa and wellness services.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; SMA/SMK accepted with preference for D3/S1 in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in a similar operational role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of hotel operational standards, wellness‑specific protocols, and basic budgeting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, problem‑solving ability, and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Professionalism: Well‑groomed appearance, friendly demeanor, and the ability to represent the brand positively.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
