Responsibilities
- Greet and seat dine‑in customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest inquiries about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preparation methods.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure timely communication with the kitchen staff.
- Perform upselling techniques by recommending complementary dishes, beverages, and desserts to increase average ticket size.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floor, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Monitor the dining area to anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, offering swift resolutions to preserve guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless order flow during peak periods.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before opening and after closing.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- At least 0‑1 year of experience in food & beverage service; prior restaurant experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic arithmetic.
- Strong interpersonal skills: courteous, attentive, and able to read guests’ needs.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance, personal hygiene, and a tidy uniform.
- Key soft skills: adaptability, quick learning, teamwork, problem‑solving, and a positive work attitude.
