Introduction
The City of Pinang is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Mitra Program Penawaran Denda team. This role focuses on engaging with consumers who have already settled their fines and presenting them with additional payment options or settlement offers. The position is field‑based, requiring frequent travel within the city and direct interaction with the public. Candidates will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be an essential part of our effort to maintain high collection efficiency while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Approach consumers who have previously paid fines to offer further payment plans or settlement options.
- Explain the benefits of additional payment arrangements clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, offers made, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly target metrics for successful offers and conversions.
- Coordinate with the central office to receive up‑to‑date consumer data and payment terms.
- Conduct field visits using a personal motorcycle, ensuring punctuality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Provide feedback to management on common consumer concerns and suggestions for improving the offer process.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA), SMK, or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and perseverance – “pantang menyerah.”
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to stay motivated under pressure.
- Physical ability to work in the field, including navigating city streets and handling occasional adverse weather.
- Basic proficiency in debt collection processes and familiarity with payment negotiation techniques.
