Introduction
We are seeking motivated and reliable freelance workers to join our finishing team for a short‑term, high‑intensity project in Jember. Responsibilities
- Assist skilled craftsmen with the preparation and installation of finishing materials such as plaster, paint, sealants, and decorative trims.
- Perform surface cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure a smooth base for final finishes.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment safely between work zones while maintaining an organized work area.
- Support quality‑control checks by reporting any defects, inconsistencies, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and adhere to project timelines.
- Participate in briefings and debriefings, providing feedback on workflow improvements.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of chemicals.
- Assist in the clean‑up of work sites at the end of each day, ensuring that tools are stored correctly and waste is disposed of responsibly.
Requirements
- Residence in Jember or the ability to relocate temporarily for the duration of the project.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; university students are also welcome to apply.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.
- Willingness to work overtime, including evening hours, to meet tight deadlines.
