- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining strict cash‑handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with fellow store associates—including floor staff, stockroom personnel, and supervisors—to guarantee smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
- Assist in inventory checks, report discrepancies, and participate in periodic stock‑taking activities.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell complementary products, contributing to store sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary, while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant retail or supermarket experience.
