Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. This role is critical in supporting our Business Channeling operations, ensuring that every customer order is processed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our business partners, the credit assessment team, and the field survey crew, guaranteeing a seamless flow of information and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders from Business Channeling partners and verify order completeness.
- Collect, validate, and enter consumer and financing‑object data into the internal system, maintaining data integrity at all times.
- Input orders promptly into the processing platform, ensuring that all required documentation is attached.
- Review credit applications, conduct preliminary assessments, and forward them to the credit approval team.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection results to consumers in a clear, courteous, and timely manner.
- Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification.
- Coordinate with the SOC to track survey progress and resolve any discrepancies that arise during field work.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all transactions, generate daily activity reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process enhancements.
- Adhere to company policies, data protection regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) – candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years (some internal guidelines list a maximum of 20 years for entry‑level positions).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support, credit processing, or channel management.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, database entry, and familiarity with credit management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, high integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain credit decisions to customers.
- Sales‑oriented mindset: ability to understand B2C sales cycles, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Flexibility to work at a location matching the candidate’s domicile; placement will be based on local residency.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
