This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation for a career in supply chain management, providing hands‑on experience with inventory handling, packaging standards, and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect and verify incoming products against pick lists and shipping documents.
- Prepare items for shipment by selecting appropriate packaging materials, labeling, and sealing packages securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with pickers, forklift operators, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion.
- Perform routine quality checks to detect damaged or incorrectly packed goods, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to support accurate inventory management.
- Adapt to fluctuating workloads, especially during peak seasons, while maintaining high accuracy and speed.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions to learn new packing techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Document daily packing activities and provide feedback on process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Age: 18–30 years.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong willingness to learn and undergo training.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic communication skills, both spoken and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move packages up to 25 kg throughout a shift.
