The role is based in Prabumulih and its surrounding districts, requiring frequent travel to customer residences. Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, possess strong negotiation skills, and are comfortable working with clear performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site visits to customers who are overdue on their credit instalments, delivering professional and courteous collection services.
  • Verify customer information, assess payment capabilities, and negotiate feasible repayment plans in accordance with company policy.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets set by the regional manager, contributing to the overall portfolio performance.
  • Maintain a daily visit quota, ensuring efficient route planning and timely coverage of the assigned geographical area.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system, including payment commitments, objections, and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Coordinate with the credit‑risk and legal teams when escalations are needed, such as cases involving potential fraud or severe delinquency.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve collection strategies, customer communication scripts, and regional risk assessment models.
  • Adhere strictly to all regulatory and internal compliance procedures related to debt collection, data privacy, and customer protection.
  • Maintain the condition of company‑provided equipment, including a motorcycle and mobile communication devices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Package C).
  • Age between 18 and 55 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field collection, loan servicing, or a related customer‑facing role. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Valid and active SIM C driver’s license, with a personal motorcycle for field travel.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Prabumulih area, including major neighborhoods and road networks.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities, with a focus on achieving win‑win outcomes.
  • High level of personal integrity, reliability, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency with mobile data entry tools and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM platforms).
  • Willingness to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
