Responsibilities
- Proactively search for and engage potential borrowers who can benefit from Amartha’s capital‑loan programs, building a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments, offering guidance and coaching to members on budgeting, savings, and loan repayment strategies.
- Perform field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the collection and follow‑up process for outstanding repayments, maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships with borrowers.
- Document all field activities in the company’s CRM system, providing timely reports to the regional manager.
- Participate in community events and financial‑literacy workshops to raise awareness of Amartha’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams—credit, operations, and training—to continuously improve field‑operations efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable for experienced candidates).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are highly preferred.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle for daily travel across the Karawang region.
- Strong personal integrity: honest, meticulous, communicative, resilient, and disciplined.
- Willingness to work on‑site every day, often in remote or semi‑urban locations.
- No prior experience required, though experience in sales, micro‑finance, or community outreach is a plus.
- Basic digital literacy and analytical skills to evaluate loan applications and generate reports.
