Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales activities by visiting assigned stores and customers according to a daily route schedule.
- Introduce and promote Artaboga’s product range, highlighting key features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with shop owners, managers, and end‑consumers.
- Manage inventory levels on‑site, ensuring sufficient stock while preventing over‑stock situations.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update inventory logs, and prepare daily sales reports for the regional manager.
- Communicate new product launches, seasonal promotions, and special discounts to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure product displays, shelving, and point‑of‑sale materials meet Artaboga’s visual merchandising standards.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to maximize order values.
- Monitor competitor activity in the territory and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
