Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Tim Produksi Minuman Alkohol to lead our beverage production unit. This pivotal role combines hands‑on supervision, strategic planning, and team development to ensure our alcoholic beverage line meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and market demand. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to recipes, batch records, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate scheduling for a team of production operators, quality inspectors, and support staff, covering the shift from 15:00 to 22:00, Tuesday through Sunday.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as yield, downtime, and waste, and implement corrective actions to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new team members, emphasizing safety protocols and proper handling of alcoholic products.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, and liaise with the procurement department to prevent stockouts.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct regular audits, address non‑conformities, and support product certification processes.
- Prepare shift reports, production logs, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Drive sales‑related initiatives by supporting the sales‑promotion group (SPG) in meeting target volumes and promotional campaigns for alcoholic beverages.
- Utilize personal laptop and vehicle to conduct site inspections, vendor visits, and occasional off‑site training sessions.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 to 35 years old, with a preference for candidates who can demonstrate a balanced physical profile (proportional height and weight).
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally as a team leader handling SPG activities in the alcohol sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of meeting production targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Possession of a personal laptop and reliable transportation for field duties.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheet analysis) and familiarity with production management software.
- Commitment to working the designated schedule (Tuesday‑Sunday, 15:00‑22:00) and flexibility to adapt to occasional overtime or weekend requirements.
