Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Beauty Advisor – Bebiotic to join our retail team in South Jakarta. In this role, you will become the trusted face of our Personal Care and Baby Care product lines, guiding shoppers through a personalized and educational experience that drives both satisfaction and sales. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑moving beauty environment while representing a brand that values quality, innovation, and community.
Responsibilities
- Provide in‑store consultation and tailored product recommendations for Personal Care and Baby Care categories, ensuring each customer receives a professional and knowledgeable service.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including ingredients, usage tips, and safety information, to answer queries confidently.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques—educational demos, skin assessments, and baby‑care routines—to increase average transaction value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through persuasive communication and proactive upselling.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a clean, well‑stocked, and visually appealing display area.
- Collect and record customer feedback, preferences, and purchase history to support personalized follow‑up and loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to execute promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards and ensure all promotional materials are presented accurately and attractively.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and industry seminars to continuously enhance expertise.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, especially when handling baby‑care products.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) – any discipline is acceptable; high school (SMA/SMK) considered with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, preferably in Personal Care; experience with Baby Care products is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic proficiency in English is required.
- Professional appearance with a genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics, and infant care.
- Adaptable mindset, capable of building lasting relationships with diverse customers.
- Residence in Jakarta with willingness to work in South Jakarta.
- Ability to start immediately and thrive in an outsourcing employment model.
- Key soft skills: problem‑solving, teamwork, creative fashion sense, rapid learning, and goal‑driven sales orientation.
