Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and customer‑focused Teller Front Office – Penanganan Transaksi to join our growing branch in Purwakarta. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate, efficient, and friendly financial services. Responsibilities

  • Process daily cash transactions, including receipt of loan installments, cash disbursements, and routine deposits with zero error tolerance.
  • Maintain and reconcile the teller’s cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, preparing accurate reports for the branch manager.
  • Verify customer identification documents in compliance with anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Enter transaction data promptly into the core banking system, ensuring all entries are reflected in real‑time.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account balances, transaction status, and product features, providing clear explanations and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and micro‑loans, and refer interested clients to the appropriate sales team.
  • Collaborate with the back‑office team to resolve discrepancies, handle cash shortages, and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to generate daily transaction summaries, exception reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new banking regulations, digital payment platforms, and customer service best practices.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, security, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
  • Maximum age: 23 years.
  • Gender: Female (as per the specific hiring criteria).
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of banking, financial accounting, or telemarketing concepts is advantageous.
  • Willingness to be based in Purwakarta and work a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
