Introduction
English 1, a leading provider of English language training in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Course Consultant to join our dynamic sales and customer‑service team. This role is ideal for recent university graduates or professionals with at least one year of experience in sales, marketing, or educational consulting who are passionate about helping learners achieve their language goals. Working 30 hours per week, you will act as the primary liaison between prospective students and our learning center, guiding them through our program offerings and driving enrollment through both telesales and face‑to‑face interactions.
Responsibilities
- Introduce the full range of English 1 courses, clearly articulating the curriculum, learning pathways, and outcomes to prospective students.
- Conduct needs‑analysis calls and in‑person consultations to tailor study plans that match each learner’s objectives, schedule, and budget.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets by converting leads generated through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, school visits, expos, and open‑house events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, updating contact information, interaction notes, and follow‑up actions on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns such as educational expos, open houses, “Life Club” sessions, and community outreach programs.
- Work closely with the Academic and Operations departments to ensure a seamless transition for new students, guaranteeing a positive first‑day experience.
- Develop lasting relationships with enrolled students and their families, encouraging referrals and repeat business through exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, product workshops, and industry seminars to stay current on pedagogical trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting conversion rates, customer feedback, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or educational consulting.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong persuasive abilities, goal‑oriented mindset, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient with sales‑automation tools, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Pleasant, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping learners succeed.
- Flexible schedule to cover core working hours (08:00 – 17:00) and occasional weekend events.
