Introduction
We are seeking a talented Professional Videographer and Video Editor to join our dynamic content creation team. Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and record video material using professional cameras, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio capture.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including lenses, tripods, gimbals, and external microphones.
- Develop storyboards and shot lists that align with project goals and storytelling concepts.
- Edit raw footage using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, applying cutting, transitions, color grading, and audio mixing to achieve a polished final product.
- Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects when required to enhance viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing specialists to ensure video content supports broader campaign strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current video trends, viral formats, and platform specifications (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback during team brainstorming sessions and be open to iterative revisions.
- Maintain an organized library of assets, project files, and version control for easy retrieval and future use.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 17–25 years; must be physically and mentally healthy.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency with video editing software, specifically CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting techniques, and audio capture.
- Ability to take a project from initial concept through final delivery, including cutting, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
- Excellent storytelling instincts and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Creative, with a keen eye for current trends, viral topics, and audience preferences.
