Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Koki Senior to join our Digital Workplace division. This unique role blends traditional culinary expertise with the fast‑paced environment of a modern digital office. As a senior chef, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality meals, supporting employee wellbeing, and contributing to a vibrant workplace culture that values teamwork, discipline, and continuous learning.

The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. While formal culinary qualifications are not required, candidates must possess a solid foundation in cooking, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to participate in ongoing training programs provided by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and present a balanced menu that meets the nutritional and taste expectations of a diverse employee base.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering of supplies, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Collaborate closely with the facilities and HR teams to align meal services with special events, wellness initiatives, and remote‑work schedules.
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt recipes and cooking techniques to incorporate feedback, seasonal produce, and emerging food trends.
  • Participate actively in the company’s training school, both as a learner for new culinary technologies and as a trainer for peers.
  • Track kitchen performance metrics such as food cost, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and reported for repair when necessary.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere by engaging with employees, listening to their dietary preferences, and providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 0 years (entry‑level to early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the current hiring guideline).
  • Experience: None required, but a basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations is essential.
