Responsibilities
- Maintain and update documentation related to automated business processes, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of automation scripts and workflows, working closely with IT and process owners.
- Perform regular data extraction, cleansing, and analysis using Microsoft Excel to generate actionable insights for management.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, provide status updates, and resolve any issues that arise during automation projects.
- Monitor system performance and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for automated processes.
- Provide end‑user training and support, ensuring that staff can effectively utilize automation tools and adhere to best practices.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.
