Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Relevant culinary experience or formal training in a professional kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated cooking skills, including proficiency in sautéing, grilling, baking, and plating.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP) and ability to implement them consistently.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities, especially during peak service hours.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to guest needs.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
