Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Layanan Pelanggan Media Sosial to join our growing property‑management team. This role combines front‑line customer service with on‑site surveying of student housing (kos) and temporary accommodation (tenda). The successful candidate will serve as the friendly voice of our brand on social media platforms, while also conducting field surveys to ensure our properties meet the highest standards of comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant social media channels.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, ensuring clear, courteous, and professional communication in Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, and local dialects.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys of student dormitories (kos) and temporary shelters (tenda), documenting facility conditions, occupancy rates, and any maintenance issues.
  • Prepare detailed survey reports and forward actionable insights to the property management team.
  • Handle complaint resolution by coordinating with maintenance staff, landlords, and tenants, aiming for first‑contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Track daily performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and survey completion rates.
  • Participate in weekly team briefings, sharing feedback from customers and field observations to help improve service standards.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, creating engaging social media content that highlights available rooms, special offers, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Adhere to the stipulated work schedule (07:00 – 16:00, Monday to Saturday) and respect the one‑day‑per‑week rest policy.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑28 years old.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, and the local language spoken in the region.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer literacy, familiarity with social media management tools, and ability to learn a CRM system quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on‑site for surveys and to travel within the Limas Permai area (Block D4, UNSOED campus).
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

  • Monthly base salary: IDR 1,500,000.
